Indoor Air Quality
Indoor Air Quality
Better filtration and air purification for the whole house, installed at the source instead of pitched as a duct-cleaning upsell.
We say no to duct cleaning before you ask
A lot of homeowners call about dust or allergies expecting to hear the word ducts. We won't say it. Duct cleaning is one service we don't offer, and we'd rather tell you that up front than sell you something outside our expertise. What actually moves the needle on the air in your home is what's installed at the air handler and the plenum: upgraded filtration and an air purification unit that treats everything passing through the system before it reaches a single vent. That's the work we know, and it's aimed at the problems Montgomery County families actually call us about, excess dust settling on every surface, odors that linger, allergy symptoms that flare up indoors, humidity that never feels right, and a system that has to strain just to keep up.
What changes once it's installed
You won't get a number or a guarantee from us, because nobody honest can promise one. What you get is filtration built to catch more of what's circulating and a purification unit doing its work around the clock at the source, paired with a system that's actually maintained to support it. A clean coil and the right airflow matter just as much for air quality as the equipment itself, which is exactly what regular maintenance is for.

Why we don't chase the duct-cleaning upsell
Duct cleaning gets pitched as a fix for almost anything: dust, odor, allergies, even a system that's not cooling right. In most homes the ducts are sealed metal or insulated flex, and what's actually circulating comes from the filter, the coil and the return air path, not a coating on the inside of a duct run. Chasing that upsell is easy money for a company willing to sell it. We'd rather point you toward filtration and purification that treats the air where it genuinely needs treating, and say plainly when something falls outside what we do.
Filtration only works if the system behind it is cared for
An air purification unit can only do its job if the coil behind it stays clean and the airflow across it stays where it should be. That's exactly what a VIP membership keeps on track: two seasonal tune-ups a year, scheduled from our own list and never left for you to remember, so the equipment supporting your air quality keeps performing instead of quietly falling behind.
