VIP Maintenance Plan

VIP Maintenance

A standing arrangement, not a one-time service call: two visits a year, member pricing on repairs, and a family that reaches out before you have to.

What $225 a year actually buys you

Jack Gordon & Sons has their own way of putting it: the VIP plan isn't a glossy brochure with fine print, it's a handshake that says your home is on the list. In practice that means front-of-the-line scheduling once the Texas heat starts breaking systems down, two seasonal tune-ups built around when this climate actually stresses equipment, member pricing on the repairs and parts that come up in between, and a flat price that doesn't climb for a night, a weekend, or a holiday call.

What happens once you sign up

A membership here isn't a card in a drawer. Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance to stay valid, and once you're a member that record is kept on file with us. We track your schedule and call to book your visits rather than waiting on you to remember, and if your circumstances change there's no long contract holding you in, cancel any time and the coverage simply ends.

Jack Gordon & Sons runs this membership the same way for the family that answers your call. Reach us at (281) 292-3398.

The whole-home price, plainly

One price covers the entire property for a full year, both seasonal visits and every member benefit below, not a per-system add-on and not a number that climbs midyear.

Whole home, standard
$225per year, whole home
Senior · Military · First Responder
$185per year, whole home

Both figures cover every system on the property under one membership, not one price per unit, and both include the spring and fall tune-up plus member pricing on repairs.

What VIP members actually get

  • 01

    Front-of-the-line service

When the Texas heat breaks loose, VIP members get scheduled first.

  • 02

    Two seasonal tune-ups

Spring AC check and fall heating check, before the weather turns.

  • 03

    Discounted repairs & parts

Member pricing on every repair, part and replacement.

  • 04

    No after-hours surcharges

Night, weekend, holiday. The price stays the price.

Two tune-ups, built around Texas weather

The spring AC tune-up gets done before the first 95 degree day: a coil clean, refrigerant check, electrical tightening, drain flush and capacitor test, so the system isn't finding its weak points on the worst afternoon of the year. The fall heating tune-up runs before the first cold snap and covers a combustion analysis, safety checks, the ignition system and a heat exchanger inspection, the parts of a furnace that matter most for both performance and safety. Both visits get logged, so the documented annual maintenance most manufacturer warranties require is already on file when you need it.

VIP maintenance questions

Whole-home VIP coverage runs $225 a year for most homeowners. Senior · Military · First Responder pay $185 a year for the exact same coverage, both tune-ups and every benefit listed above. It's a discount on who you are, not a smaller membership.

You don't have to track it. We keep your schedule on our own list and reach out to book the spring and fall visits ourselves, so a membership doesn't turn into one more thing you have to remember.

No. There's no long contract behind it and you can cancel any time. We'd genuinely rather earn a renewal every year on the work itself than hold anyone in place with fine print.
